A Pub With Its Own Brewery
Plenty of folks walk in for a pint and a proper Irish pub and never realise every house draught is brewed a few steps away. Our brewer, Alec "AJ" Blume Jr., a Downers Grove local with seven years in craft beer, makes the classic styles you'd find in a country pub back in Kilkenny.
Our beers will mainly be quintessentially Irish and English pub ales. We have three nitro taps, nine regular taps, and two soda taps for house made sodas. Our flagship beer is a nitrogenated dry Irish stout, Black Seam.
Traditional beers deserve traditional fare, so the menu is built around whatever's in the tanks.

Dark, smooth, creamy, and nitro poured. Our most popular beer is everything a dry Irish stout should be.
Diviner
Irish Red ale - 4.2%
Diviner is our homage to the Irish red ale, first brewed in Kilkenny City in 1710.
Turf Cutter
Pale ale - 5.5%
Inspired by a pale ale from the west of Ireland, Turf Cutter is made with a classic blend of American hops and Irish malt.
Old Speckled Hare
English pub ale - 4.5%
A classic English pub ale, served on nitro. Made with traditional ingredients, this is an easy drinking Pub beer.

Lager - 4.7%
Crisp, clear, and refreshing, Deen is our take on a continental lager.
